This generally applies to the Cadavard cast and my non-comic characters, who are not for sale or trade. The characters and surrounding concepts are under a CC BY-NC-ND license. Certain photos and any content regarding Vin the pigeon fall under this.
Copyrights also apply to the people related in credits if applicable.
You have to credit me, you cannot make money off my work, and you cannot edit it. Any exceptions are listed.
You're free to share the images or even use them as desktop/phone screens. I do tolerate collages for personal wallpaper use.
Only the commissioner or the person I traded/gifted an art is allowed the fullsize unwatermarked version. They're not to share that outside. They cannot redistribute the original nor resell it. The same applies to original file sizes on Patreon.
This also applies to Patreon supporters. The content is meant to stay on the site.

You buy them, you own them. We traded fairly, you own them. I gave one to you, you own them. Once you own them, you can do whatever arts you want with the character/design (sfw & nsfw + commercial), change the species, sex, gender, personality, etc. The rights go to you and all that's requested is giving me credit for the original. "Art/Design by MaxwellFury."
You're free to regift, retrade, or resell this character/design to someone else. While I surrender all rights to said character/design, I'd rather you have the courtesy not to sell higher than what you paid/traded or give/sell/trade to blacklisted users.
Be fair. The only thing the new owner has to do is credit me on coming up with the character/design and the ref sheet if there's one.
If I made a character/design using a base made by someone else, you must credit that person for said base.

You can use the base for personal characters, adopts, customs, ref sheets, and the likes. You have to credit me and you cannot remove my watermark. You cannot redistribute the original base/PSD nor resell it.
The Rheno Fox is allowed to be used outside of the Cadavard universe. They can be used as a regular red fox or fantasy breeds.
The Greyri Wolfdog is anatomically like a wolf, dog, or hybrid, so they can be used as your regular canids.
Tails are done separately to allow mixing with other bases. Same goes for other details like saber teeth.

If said cameo is any of my species, I own the copyrights to the species usage. If I came up with the entire design or a portion of it, I own this too.
The rest belongs to the friend whom I'm featuring their character in. The same principle applies to a coat design I did for someone.
For those in the CDV spinoff Lykovaris, you own your characters and stories. I own the broad universe itself.
I own only what I did.

Fan arts are obviously fine so long as I'm credited and notified. I'd love to see the artworks no matter skill level or subject! ^^
While I won't control what others draw, and that'd be pretty stupid to do so anyway, I do have preferences. So no, I don't want to see everything, especially nsfw.
A cameo or fursona may represent directly the owner and as such, they may forbid nsfw. Ask permission for these characters.

The majority of my photographs, some digital arts, and some videos are under a Public Domain Dedication (aka CC0) license.
You can do whatever you want with these, even commercial use. Credit not required, but appreciated. I'm interested in seeing whatever you've done with my work, no matter what it is or the skill level. You cannot claim the original files as your own.
